Speak out about something that makes you angry.
Find a group of people who feel the same way you do. Talk about it. Think about creative solutions. Do something.  Don’t sit idly by cursing the system and the problems you see.  Complaining does nothing. Take the next step and act upon your frustrations.  That’s when change will occur.
